Regarding Solveig's bed: "That is a cool bed." Regarding Solveig having her own desk: "No fair." Regarding the view of the raised beds in the garden out back: "That is a beautiful place."

Looks perfect for you guys! And I am jealous of the passionfruit, one of my very favorite things to eat. (Those you have look like they have a way to go until they're ripe, unless it's a different variety than the ones I know...)

And her mosquito net isn't even up yet!

Yeah, we had some passionfruit juice at Jon's welcome dinner and it was awesome! These are Caribbean Yellow passionfruit, and look a lot different than the ones I saw online, too. Our landlords (also our neighbors) brought over a blender to teach me how to make passion fruit juice, but we have to wait until they ripen.

And, yes, this is a very beautiful place!

I am so allergic to passion fruit! If I eat it fresh lots of vomiting ensues. :( pasteurized is fine though,I've never had a problem with passion fruit tea or anything.

Looks like you guys are getting settled in nicely! I hope you can retrieve your barrels soon. Elise, you'll have to fill me in on the things you cook with those interesting fruits/veggies. Prayers to Jon as classes start and to you all as you adjust to a new culture and a new location. I pray that you find a suitable group to find fellowship with

Awwww, miss you guys so much! What a cute cute house. The climate reminds me of Miami. It looks really beautiful ... thanks so much for posting so soon. Comforting to see you guys so soon. :)
